WWE NXT Diva Carmella Reveals Her Dream Match, Winning The NXT Title, Miss Elizabeth

WWE NXT Diva Carmella recently spoke with WWE.com, here are the highlights…

On being a fan of Miss Elizabeth: “When I was a little girl, I loved Miss Elizabeth. I would dress up in my old dance costumes and my dad would carry me around on his shoulder. I thought I was a true Diva. Sometimes the craziest dreams actually turn into reality and I truly feel blessed for this opportunity.”

On her dream match: “My dream match would be with Trish Stratus. She was the epitome of a Diva and someone I looked up to as a little girl. Although she started as a fitness model, she didn’t let that hold her back. She was willing to work hard and wasn’t afraid to take risks, which is something I think we have in common. It would be an absolute honor and dream come true to step in the ring with her.”

On her plans to win the NXT Women’s Championship in 2015: “I’m headed straight for the top of the NXT Divas division. Although my road to NXT might have been different than the other Divas, I’m here to work. I put 100 percent into everything I do, and I won’t quit until I reach the top. Plus, I think we can all agree that the NXT Women’s Championship will look much more fabulous around my waist.”

Enzo Amore Reveals How Triple H Gave Him His WWE NXT Opportunity, Training In NXT, More

Triple h Birthdate: 07/27/1969 (age 45) Height: 6'4" Weight: 255lb Hunter Hearst Helmsley is an American business ...

Enzo Amore appeared on the Chad Dukes Wrestling Show for a new interview. Check out the highlights below:

On developing at NXT: “I never was in a wrestling ring before I stepped foot into a WWE ring, so I am a product of NXT. I trained under Bill DeMott. I did a lot of my promo work with Dusty Rhodes. Those two guys were so instrumental in my career, I feel like I never could just completely take that step out of NXT. I owe it to the fans, I owe it to the people around me, the trainers, the coaches. That’s what you see in our product, you see people who are hungry and those people who are coming back, pulling double duty, they’re hungry, they wanna compete. The NXT environment is so competitive.”

On Triple H giving him an NXT opportunity: “He had started training with my strength coach. From the age of 14 I had been training with Joe DeFranco from DeFranco’s Training Systems out of New Jersey, they do a lot of combine training. I had played college football, I had always lifted and was a huge fan of the sports entertainment business, more particularly the WWE. Huge fan of DX- Shawn Michaels and Triple H. One day I was working out at DeFranco’s gym and Joe came up to me and said, ‘I got a phone call from a guy named Paul Levesque, who wants me to train him.’ My jaw just hit the ground. After about a year of him training with Hunter, I made a YouTube video… I was always training so basically I gave Joe a link to a YouTube page that had a compilation of me lifting, running, boxing, and then I cut a promo at the end of it on the Hudson River around the time the Jersey Shore was popular. Came at the Jersey Shore people’s necks, a little disrespect, hit ‘em with a little 1-2 combo, the haymaker pancaker and badaboom, the realest guy in the room was born. He showed it to Hunter and Hunter just gave me a tryout. He’s our boss and he’s very approachable out here at NXT. He gave me my first opportunity and I’ll never forget the words that he said to me when I met him, he simply said, ‘don’t screw this up.’ He probably wouldn’t remember it, but for me I hung onto those words, because that’s all he said.”

Kurt Angle Reveals His Future In The Wrestling Business - Confirms He's Staying With TNA, More

Kurt Angle recently appeared on Vince Russo’s podcast, The Swerve, yesterday (Dec. 2). The pre- and post-interviews were archived on YouTube, and you can listen to them and check out some highlights below. The 90-minute bonus interview is available in the VIP section at Pyroandballyhoo.com.

In addition, Russo said that Kurt Angle direct messaged him on Twitter to allow him to announce that Angle plans on returning to TNA.

Angle’s response to a Russo story about Hogan not showing up until much later to reject Sting and Angle’s plans for a match they had been working all week: “I don’t have much to say about that day. I love Terry. I love Hulk. I think he was trying to help. Sting and I know where we want to go. If Sting and I are going to put out a five star match that everyone expected us to, I don’t think Hogan needed to say anything. I know the company put him in charge. The company put him in charge. I can’t blame Hogan for that. I think Hogan should have said ‘What do you want to do’. He didn’t, but I love Hogan. I don’t have anything bad to say about him.”

Angle on what he is looking for in a wrestling company at the moment: “Most importantly: the right interests. At this point in my career, I can’t really do a full-time schedule. I need to look at how they want to take care of me, what they want to do with me, what’s important to them should be important to me and everything I do has meaning. Most important is the invested interest. Secondly, making sure I keep my life straight and that I spend time with my family. Thirdly is basically financial situation. It’s not that I’m in dire need of money. Thank god I made a lot in this business. At the same time, the amount of money speaks volumes with what they want to do with you and how they want to utilize you. is the money important for a financial standpoint? No. Is it important on how important you are to the company? Yes. I want to make sure it’s a best suit for me.”

Angle’s thoughts on Dixie Carter: “I think Dixie makes decisions, but I think it takes her a while to be an expert in the business. She’s been in entertainment for a long time but not necessary wrestling. She may not know the business as well as the people she brings in. She has a big heart; perhaps too big. The way she has treated me has been nothing short of incredible. She has made some mistakes with some things she has done, with people she hired and the direction they wanted to go. It’s definitely been a learning experience for her. I don’t know, Vince. You made a lot of good points.”

Angle’s thoughts on CM Punk, McMahon, and Carter: “Dixie has the motherly love. With Vince [McMahobn], he treated me like I was kind of a son. Whether he cared about me or not, he took care of me. I was the first one he called every New Year’s Eve. He was always there for me. I never had a problem with him. I listened to the CM Punk interview. I don’t know who’s telling the truth or not. I don’t know if CM Punk went over the top or not. I haven’t had that type of relationship with Vince that Punk did. Dixie is not Vince. Vince knows the business like anyone else. I don’t think anyone can be like Vince. Of course Vince will treat you better if you’re making him money. I always had a great experience with both of them. Dixie has always treated me good. I think she has sometimes put people in charge that hasn’t treated me well. I don’t think it was her fault. She’s the boss. With McMahon, you have to be a work horse to work in the WWE. Vince didn’t put me in that situation. I put myself in the situation. I put the responsibility on me for not speaking up for three years…”

Angle on the rumors of Triple H preventing him from making a WWE comeback: “I thought about it. I’ve never had a problem with Triple H. When I was there, he treated me well. We did business the right way. I’ve seen and heard rumors about that. When I talked to WWE, Vince and I buried the hatchet from years ago and we don’t have a problem with each other. I haven’t heard anything about Triple H saying and doing anything that blocked me. So, even though I don’t know for sure, from my experiences talking to WWE, I don’t think it’s a problem. I think a lot of it...

MUST-LISTEN AUDIO: CM Punk Reveals All - Why He Left WWE **THE COMPLETE INTERVIEW**!

Triple h Birthdate: 07/27/1969 (age 45) Height: 6'4" Weight: 255lb Hunter Hearst Helmsley is an American business ...

UPDATE x 2: Here is the COMPLETE AUDIO of CM Punk appearing on Colt Cabana's podcast where he reveals why he left/was fired from WWE and shoots on numerous talents including Vince McMahon, Triple H, Ryback and others:

UPDATE: CM Punk was particularly critical of WWE doctor Chris Amann in his appearance on the Colt Cabana podcast. In it, Punk said Amann misdiagnosed and ignored a MERSA staph infection on his back for months and that the first doctor Punk went to after leaving WWE was stunned to hear that Punk wrestled with the infection for months, going as far as to say he could have died from it. You can read our full recap of CM Punk’s stunning comments on the website.

Amann’s Twitter handle is @WWEDocAmann. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and went to medical school at Loyola University. He was also a physician for the U.S. during the 2008 Olympics.

Amann said the following to WWE Magazine about leaving his practice in Chicago and joining WWE in 2008.

“Quite honestly, I wasn’t looking to leave the medical practice I’d built up pretty strong back in Chicago. But I had the opportunity to send WWE my résumé, and I did. A couple of weeks later, I went out for an interview at a TV taping in Albany. I got a chance to see what went on behind the scenes and speak with the staff, learn the requirements. I was intrigued about having the chance to develop their sports-medicine program not to mention the job sounded like a bunch of fun. So I left my practice to join up with WWE.”

ORIGINAL: CM Punk was a guest on Colt Cabana’s “Art of Wrestling” podcast and went into detail about why he left WWE. The podcast is available at ColtCabana.com. Highlights of the appearance are below, but note that Punk went into extreme detail in describing his departure from WWE and everything that happened, so it’s well worth listening to.

– Punk said that he never quit WWE, but that he was fired. Punk left WWE in January. A few weeks after that, Vince McMahon informed him via text that he was suspended for two months. After the suspension ended, nobody from WWE ever contacted him. Punk eventually reached out to WWE about royalties he felt were owed to him, and said WWE gave him the run-around before eventually sending him termination papers. The papers said he was fired due to breaching his contract on his wedding day, so he was officially fired in June 2014. WWE decided to use his wedding in June 2014 as the reason for the breach, not his hiatus in January. Punk said WWE had taken things “too fucking far.”

– Regarding why he left WWE in January, he said it was due to his health. Punk said that during his final months in WWE, he worked with broken ribs, a concussion, and injured knees. Punk said he felt so sick during WWE’s November 2013 European tour that he was throwing up and dry heaving after every match he worked. Punk said WWE doctors kept giving him antibiotics and said they caused him to literally poop himself in the ring during a match he worked on Smackdown. Punk said it was the most sick he had ever felt in his life.

– Punk said he suffered a concussion during his match at the Royal Rumble but continued to work it anyway. He passed WWE’s concussion test the next day, saying that was “bullshit.” Punk told WWE to just admit he had a concussion, but they wanted him to do more tests. Punk said he told WWE to help him and finally went to Vince McMahon and Triple H directly, telling them he’s going home.

– Punk went off on Triple H, saying he ruined his momentum in 2011 and that he told Vince McMahon that Triple H was stifling his creativity. He also said he told Vince that they were screwing up by not putting Daniel Bryan in the WrestleMania main event and that they were going to pass him by.

– Punk went off on a WWE doctor named Chris Amann (we posted more info on Dr. Amann here). Punk says he found a lump on his back, which Amann said was just a fat deposit. Punk asked Amann to cut it out several times but Amann refused. The lump got bigger and turned purple and painful. Punk told Amann again before the Royal Rumble to cut it out, but Amann refused, saying Punk had to wrestle. After the match, Punk again told him to cut it out but Amann said if he did, he’d have to put Punk on antibiotics. After Punk left, he went to another doctor that AJ Lee...

Adam Rose Reveals The Origin Of His Catchphrase & More

In an interview with The Miami Herald, Adam Rose spoke about his road to the WWE and revealed how he came up with his catchphrase ("don't be a lemon, be a Rosebud"). Here are highlights:

On the origin of his catchphrase: "That was something I came up with. I feel like there's two types of people in the world. There's people who don't enjoy Adam and don't want to fun and don't want to have a party, and I'm basically describing them as lemons, because they're bitter. And then there's people who want to have fun, who want to feel fulfilled, who what to be happy and who want to party with Adam, and they're blooming. So I thought what better to call them than rosebuds. It's a perfect explanation of the two types of people in the world. You get lemons who want to be bitter and unhappy, and then you get rosebuds who are willing to [promote] happiness and join Adam on his adventure."

On his goals in wrestling: "[To make it to WWE] was the goal from the onset. I never wanted to work for any other company. I never wanted to do anything else. This is what I wanted to do. I knew South Africa was a stepping stone and a learning curve to get where I needed to be which was to perform at this level on this stage."

On trying out for WWE in South Africa: "I was fortunate enough to be selected. I wasn't selected at the end of the tryout, but I was selected a couple of months after. That was the moment where it all began, my adventures with WWE."

Paige Reveals What The Rock Told Her At WrestleMania 30

The official WWE website has a new interview up with current Divas Champion Paige. In the interview, Paige reveals what The Rock told her at WrestleMania XXX earlier this year. The following is an excerpt from the interview:

"I’m just taking every day as it comes. I have goals that I want to reach. In the long term, I want to be on the pay-per-views, I want to have my first WrestleMania match, and later on, I want to earn a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame one day. But I’m just taking it as it goes. I actually got some good advice from The Rock, who took me aside the day of WrestleMania 30, right before my Raw debut. He knew the connection that my family had and how hard I worked, and he said, “I just want you to stay humble and hungry.” Those words have literally been stuck in my head for the last month. Never be satisfied, but always be hungry."

MVP Reveals Why He Signed With TNA Wrestling

During a recent interview with Wrestling101.com and spoke about going to TNA. Here is what he had to say…"Part of the reason why I chose to go to TNA was because it's not good for the fans or for the industry when there is just one conglomerate and nowhere else to go. I would like to try (to) help facilitate, creating a situation where WWE has to recognize TNA as a potential competitor. And if you know like I do, WWE holds all the marbles then for the artists, the talent it's not good for ...

Joey Ryan Reveals His Email Reply To WWE Execut...

Last fall, Joey Ryan was part of a WWE tryout camp at the Performance Center, a few months after his TNA release. He was not offered a contract and later said that it was because WWE thought he was too old and experienced to be in developmental.

Ryan tweeted the following comments, making references to NXT trainer Bill DeMott and John Laurinaitis:

- "At WWE camp, Bill DeMott said nobody on indies is as good as NXT guys. I'd LOVE to debate Bill DeMott on what he thinks ‘good wrestling' is."

- "Another thing Bill DeMott said at the WWE camp is that ‘WWE retrained Daniel Bryan or he wouldn't be as good as he is today.'"

- "Trying to get WWE job in 2010, John Laurinaitis told me ‘I have enough 5'9? guys. I can't make money with Daniel Bryan, how can I with you?'"

- "Candice Michelle went to PWG in 2008 & raved about me to John Laurinaitis. When I saw him, he said ‘What does a Diva know about wrestling?'"

- "‘Don't wrestle the way John Cena does. Wrestle the way that I teach you.' – Bill DeMott at WWE camp."

He also posted a screenshot of his email reply to WWE's Senior Director of Talent Development (likely former beach volleyball player Canyon Ceman), who said he was too experienced.

Ryan wrote: "I respect your opinion but I could not disagree more with it. My talents and abilities allow me to travel the world and make a full-time living in professional wrestling, which is not something that most WWE Superstars could do on their own. You have coaches in place that have never drawn a dime in their careers trying to determine who and who cannot draw money which is the true flaw in your system. I have had far more successful names in wrestling, some within WWE itself, rave about my creativeness, character acting and ability to engage an audience and your evaluators missed it. Perhaps it's time for you to reevaluate your evaluators. Good luck in finding your next big superstar."
